Accountant

Branding Pioneers is a growing healthcare digital-marketing agency, and we need an Accountant who keeps the money side airtight so the rest of the team can move fast. What you'll own - Day-to-day bookkeeping: sales/purchase entries, bank reconciliations, and a clean, always-current ledger. - Client invoicing and collections — raise invoices on schedule, chase receivables, and keep the ageing report tight (our clients are clinics and hospitals with their own billing cycles). - GST, TDS and statutory compliance: timely returns, reconciliations, and coordination with our CA/auditors. - Vendor and payroll support: bills, reimbursements, and monthly salary processing inputs. - Monthly MIS — revenue, receivables, expenses and margin — so founders see the real financial picture, not a surprise. What success looks like - Books closed within a few days of month-end, every month. - Zero missed statutory deadlines and clean reconciliations. - Receivables ageing trending down because you follow up relentlessly and politely. What we're looking for - 2+ years in accounting, ideally B.Com/M.Com or CA-Inter. - Hands-on with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and comfortable in Excel/Sheets. - Solid grasp of Indian GST and TDS in practice, not just theory. - Accurate, deadline-driven, and discreet with sensitive financial data. - Service-business or agency experience (retainers, milestone billing) is a plus.
