ROLE SUMMARY Branding Pioneers is a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency in Gurgaon. As a Digital Marketing Intern you work hands-on across SEO, social media, paid ads and content for real doctor, clinic and hospital accounts — with a mentor from each team, not shadowing from the sidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Keyword research, on-page updates and Google Business Profile upkeep for SEO accounts • Draft social calendars, captions and creative briefs alongside the social team • Assist the ads team with campaign setup, audience research and lead-sheet hygiene • Write and repurpose content — blogs, scripts, patient-education posts — with editor feedback • Pull weekly reports (GA4, Search Console, Meta/Google Ads) and turn them into plain-language insights • Sit in on client reviews to see how strategy, delivery and reporting fit together WHAT YOU'LL LEARN • How a full-funnel healthcare campaign runs — SEO, ads, social, content and web working as one plan • Real tools of the trade: GA4, Search Console, Meta & Google Ads managers, scheduling and SEO suites • How to read and present results — CPL, rankings, engagement — the way clients and managers actually use them STIPEND & GROWTH Stipend is discussed at the interview. Strong performers are considered for a performance-based PPO (pre-placement offer). DURATION & LOCATION 3–6 months, on-site at our Gurgaon office.
